About TOKYO STILLNESS
Think of this as a Meditation Club - similar to a running club, but for the mind.Just as runners train their bodies, we practice meditation to cultivate mental clarity and peaceful presence. Consistency matters, and we encourage gentle reflection on one’s inner well-being over time.At times, we also explore scientific perspectives - such as EEG measurements - to better understand how meditation influences the brain.

The content of meditation club
When: Every Monday, and usually either Wed or Friday (twice a week).
Where: A local community center in Harajuku🧘 Typical Session Flow
19 : 00 - 19 : 15 : Intro and Streaching
19 : 15 - 19 : 30 : Preparation (Breath excise, Chanting, Frame gazing etc)
19 : 30 - 20 : 30 : 25 min x 2 times meditation
20 : 30 - Indian herb tea and sharing (optional)*You can meditate at your own way.
If guidance is needed, easy breath counting will be advised
